"Cloudbusting" by English singer-songwriter Kate Bush, is from her 1985 album Hounds of Love.
The song was inspired by the 1973 Peter Reich memoir, A Book of Dreams, which described his memories of his life with his father, Wilhelm Reich, on their family farm, where the two spent time "cloudbusting", a rain-making process which involved using a machine pointed at the sky called a cloudbuster, designed and built by William.
